We’ve got you covered – what does that mean in practice?

Need extra space at your site? Then you do not want a complicated construction process, but a solution that works quickly, is safe, and fits the situation on your site.

That is exactly what Kroftman is about: creating extra usable space on site. We develop shelters that can be used directly as workspace, storage space, or coverage for bulk goods. A Kroftman shelter can be placed on containers or concrete walls. This allows you to quickly create extra space on site, without a complicated construction process.

For more than 20 years, we have focused on one clear application: expanding space in a practical way using resources that are often already available. This creates a solution that can be deployed quickly and fits everyday practice.

Endless possibilities

Every location is different. One customer wants to protect machines or materials from rain, wind, or sun. Another is looking for a dry place for bulk goods, extra storage space next to existing containers, or a temporary work zone on a project site. The application differs, but the basis remains the same.

Thanks to the modular design, a suitable configuration can be put together for each situation. Our shelters are available in various widths and roof types and can easily be extended in 6-metre sections. With the different mounting options, they can be placed on virtually all ISO containers and on concrete walls.

Our engineers continuously develop new possibilities to make the shelter fit your site, use, and working situation even better. Do you want to partially or fully close off the shelter? Then you can choose wall options. Do you want controlled rainwater drainage? Then you can add a gutter.

The strength of the system lies in the combination of modularity and simplicity. With a limited number of components, a solution is created that is widely applicable across different sectors and under varying conditions. That sounds simple, and that is exactly the point. The shelter needs to do what is required: protect, create space, and make work on site possible.

That is why we keep developing the system based on practical use. Customer applications and questions show us where improvement is needed and help us further refine our solutions.

Quality and conformity

A shelter needs to do more than create extra space. You want to be able to rely on the construction being safe, technically well substantiated, and suitable for the conditions on your site. That is why all Kroftman shelters are developed in accordance with EN 13782 for temporary structures. This means they meet the applicable requirements for safety and construction.

Each shelter is technically developed by our engineering team. The corresponding construction drawings and calculations can be found in the buildbook. This gives you clear insight per product into loads, mounting, and safe use.

This way, you know in advance what to expect. Not only in terms of dimensions and application, but also technically. This provides clarity for your own organisation, for installation, and, where necessary, for the municipality, structural engineer, or other parties involved.

How we continue to do this

The way Kroftman works can be traced back to three core values that are reflected in practice: value, trust, and growth. These values directly connect to what we have described above: many application possibilities, but always with a clear technical basis.

1. Value

A shelter directly contributes to the work process. It provides extra usable space, less downtime, and protection for people and materials. Whether it concerns storage, workspace, bulk goods, or machines: the solution needs to do what is required on site.

Through standardisation in container dimensions, fixed sizing, and practical installation, this value can be applied directly on site. You use what is already there and add exactly what is needed to keep working.

2. Trust

Trust is created through clarity. That is why we are transparent about standards, loads, mounting, and installation. This is the basis of Quality & conformity: not only saying that a shelter is safe, but also showing how it has been designed and calculated.

With buildbooks, calculations, manuals, and FAQs, it is clear how a shelter has been designed and how it can be used safely. In this way, we make technical information practically usable.

3. Growth

Growth comes from one clear basis: shelters as modular space solutions. From that basis, we continue to develop new possibilities. In widths, roof types, mounting options, walls, gutters, and applications.

That is what Endless possibilities stands for: not starting from scratch every time, but making the existing system smarter and more widely applicable. For us, growth does not mean that the solution becomes more complicated. It means that we keep deepening and improving it, so that our shelters fit practical use even better.

We’ve got you covered

The combination of a clear basis, technical substantiation, and practical applicability means that Kroftman solutions are used in a wide range of situations. Not as a goal in itself, but as a means to make work possible.

From protecting materials to creating complete work zones: the use differs, but the idea remains the same. A shelter that does what is needed, when it is needed.

We’ve got you covered.

Team Kroftman.
