This video explains the differences between (HD)PE and PVC covers for our container shelters. PVC is heavier and stronger than PE, resulting in a longer lifespan and better resistance to intensive use.

There are also differences in fire behavior. Both materials do not ignite easily, but once on fire, PE continues to burn, whereas PVC is flame-retardant and self-extinguishing. This means PVC offers additional safety in that regard.
