Wood chip storage at Hooijer

At Hooijer Renkum, organic waste streams are given a new purpose. The company processes green waste into products such as mulch, soil improvers and biofuels.

The site handles large volumes of material using heavy machinery. The CTA1512 bunker silo shelter, measuring 15 × 12 metres, provides 180 m² of sheltered storage space. The structure is mounted on concrete walls, with a central concrete wall dividing the space into two separate storage bays. This allows different materials to be stored separately.

The video shows a wheel loader moving material beneath the bunker silo shelter. The large clear span keeps the storage area easily accessible for machinery. A rain gutter provides controlled drainage of rainwater.
