At Kroftman, you can trust that everything is properly arranged. All our shelters are calculated according to the EN13782 standard for temporary structures and go through multiple quality checks. Every order is checked during picking and again just before shipment, photographed, and only then dispatched.

This way of working enables us to offer a high level of quality assurance. At the same time, it also requires clear agreements regarding returns. To safeguard quality and safety for all our customers, including when products may be put back into circulation, we apply the following return policy for business deliveries (B2B).

Return and Inspection Policy (B2B)

At Kroftman Structures, we are committed to supplying only new, fully inspected and quality-assured products to our customers.

To maintain these quality standards, the following return policy applies to all business-to-business (B2B) deliveries.

1. Large structural goods, frames and crates

Large goods such as:

  • steel frames;

  • structural components;

  • complete shelter systems;

  • goods delivered in wooden crates or industrial packaging;

cannot generally be accepted for return once delivered.

After delivery, it is not economically feasible for us to determine:

  • how the goods have been stored;

  • whether damage has occurred;

  • whether parts are missing;

  • whether assembly has already taken place;

  • whether the goods can still be sold as new.

A full inspection would require complete unpacking, checking and repacking of the entire shipment, resulting in significant costs and risks.

In order to safeguard our quality standards towards all customers, such goods cannot be accepted as standard returns.

2. Small goods and sealed carton packaging

For smaller goods such as:

  • container clamps;

  • container anchoring systems;

  • small loose tarpaulins;

  • accessories packed in cardboard boxes;

a return request may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • the goods are unused;

  • the original cardboard packaging remains unopened;

  • the packaging is undamaged;

  • the goods have been stored dry;

  • the packaging remained dry before, during and after transport;

  • the goods are returned complete.

Upon receipt, the goods will be inspected by us.

Based on this inspection, we reserve the right to:

  • approve or reject the return;

  • issue a full or partial refund;

  • offer replacement goods;

  • deduct depreciation, damage or inspection costs.

3. Non-compliant returns

If the above conditions are not met, the return request cannot be processed.

Any transport, storage, inspection or return shipping costs relating to rejected returns may be charged to the customer.

4. Prior written approval

Returns are accepted only after prior written approval from our sales or service department.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.
