2. Why Do I Need to Make an Advance Payment?

Kroftman purchases some of its products in Asia. We need to pre-finance the purchase of these products. To minimize the impact of this on our working capital, we ask our customers for an advance payment. This enables us to maintain our liquidity position and pay our suppliers on time. So that we always have sufficient stock to deliver to you and our other customers on time. Raw material prices are currently unstable. That is partly why we have a payment term of 7 days. Prices can rise again in a matter of days.

3. Does Kroftman Have a Diversified Customer Portfolio?

Kroftman's storage solutions are products that customers can use for many years. This means that the majority of our customers are one-time customers. At Kroftman, we sell three types of storage solutions: storage buildings, tents, and container shelters. Each product group has a different type of customer. In that respect, Kroftman has a very diversified customer portfolio and is therefore not financially dependent on a few large customers.

4. What Are the Financial Outlooks?

The expected revenue growth for 2022 will be slightly higher than for the 2021 financial year. This is because we are still investing in further growth. Due to the investments Kroftman is making, revenue growth is expected for the coming years.

5. Requesting Financial Statements from the Chamber of Commerce

As you can see below, Kroftman meets the obligation to deposit its financial statements with the Chamber of Commerce. As a small company, our financial statements consist of an abbreviated balance sheet and an explanation. Kroftman's equity is positive. Kroftman's solvency (equity compared to the total balance sheet) on our latest approved financial statements as of December 31, 2021, is approximately 43%.
