You can also buy only the frame of a storage building from Kroftman, without the cladding or doors. We offer the option to order the doors separately. Since it is not customary to buy only a storage building frame, you cannot request a quote for this through our website. Ordering also cannot be done through our website. You can contact us by phone or email for this.

Prices of a storage building frame

The prices vary per type of storage building. To give you an idea of what a bare frame costs, we have listed the prices of three different types of storage buildings below.

Additional options for your storage building frame
In addition to the frame, you can also order doors. The prices for our three doors depend on the type of storage building frame you are ordering. Below, we give you an indication of the prices:

  • The price for a pedestrian door is around €845,
  • the price for a roller door is around €850,
  • the price of an overhead door ranges from €1,260 for a small storage building to €1,900 for a large storage building.

When placing your order, please indicate how you want to attach the storage building, with concrete anchors or ground pegs, if you also want to order these from us. Depending on the size of your storage building, you will pay a small additional charge of approximately €150 for concrete anchors and approximately €1,000 for a set of ground pegs.

Cladding the storage building frame yourself

If you only order the frame of a storage building, you will not receive cladding or finishing profiles. It is up to you whether or not you want to buy the doors. You can clad the frame as desired with your own sheet material. However, please consider the weight of the material you use. On the structural calculation of the storage building, which you can request from our sales department, you can see how heavy the frame may be loaded. For your safety, it is important that you adhere to this maximum load of the frame.

Warranty on the storage building frame

For a complete storage building, we provide a warranty against rusting on the entire storage building frame. If you only buy the frame, assemble it as we prescribe in the accompanying instructions. In that case, the warranty against rusting of the frame remains valid. The exact warranty provision can be found in the specifications of the respective storage building.

Delivery time and shipping costs of a storage building frame

If you only order a frame, the delivery time is usually the same as the delivery time of a complete storage building. We always check if the delivery can be faster because no sheet material needs to be ordered. Sometimes this is possible, but sometimes it is not. So please consider our standard delivery time of 6 to 8 weeks to prevent disappointment. The shipping costs for the frame are the same as the costs for shipping the type of storage building frame you are buying, in the uninsulated version. You choose the uninsulated storage building frame you want to buy, select the desired shipping option, and enter your postcode. You will then receive a quote showing the shipping costs.

The advantages and disadvantages of ordering only the frame of a storage building
Advantages Disadvantages
You can use your own sheet material.  You do not have a warranty on the sheet material.
You can finish the storage building with your own chosen options. However, you must consider the maximum load of the structure.  If you improperly load the structure, the warranty will be void.
It is cheaper to only order the frame of the storage building if you already have the sheet material. The prices for only a frame are not available on our website. Ordering directly through our website is also not possible. You will need to contact us for this.
