You also have a clear budget in mind. This is the ideal moment to fill in our quotation tool. With this tool, you can quickly see if the storage buildings we sell meet your requirements at a glance. Before you fill in the quotation tool, it's helpful to read this blog. This way, you'll know which steps you'll encounter and what choices you need to make to customize your ideal storage building.

Step 1: Choose the dimensions and insulation for your storage building

First, you enter the desired width, length, and side height. All our models of storage buildings can be extended in length. However, the width of the warehouse cannot be increased or decreased. In this blog, you can read more about what is and isn't possible in the dimensions of our storage buildings. We also want to point out our two types of storage buildings. Our narrowest warehouse is the E-series with a width of 5.7 meters. The E-series storage buildings have fewer options than the H-series storage buildings and are much more affordable. You can read more about this here. Our H-series storage buildings start from a width of six meters.

If you choose a width of at least six meters, and thus the H-series storage buildings, you will make the choice between an insulated or uninsulated storage building at this step. An insulated storage building is more expensive to purchase but has several advantages such as:

• Less fluctuations in indoor temperature.
• Less prone to condensation.
• More environmentally friendly if you intend to heat the storage building.
• Less noise disturbance if you perform activities in the storage building that could cause noise.
• Less trouble with pests because all gaps are sealed, and there are no ventilation openings like in an uninsulated storage building.

Step 2: A storage building with or without skylights

Once you've made your choices in step 1 and click on the arrow 'Choose your options,' you'll see at the top right what the selected storage building costs, both including and excluding VAT. This is the starting price. By choosing the options, additional costs may be added. In step 2, you indicate whether you want a storage building with or without skylights in the roof (there are no extra costs associated with this). Skylights allow daylight to enter your storage building since our warehouses do not have windows in the walls.

Step 3: Door positions in your storage building

At step 3, you make the choice for (the location of) the doors. Our storage buildings come standard with a walk-in door and a roller or overhead door in the front facade. If you want a different location or multiple doors, this is negotiable at an additional cost. Our sales department will contact you for this. Below you can see an example of the options you can tick in our quotation tool.

Step 5: Anchoring your storage building

Depending on the type of ground on which you want to place your storage building, you choose the type of anchoring. You can choose between concrete anchors (a small additional cost from the H9 series) or ground pegs. For ground pegs, you always pay an additional cost. This depends on the size of the storage building and thus the amount of ground anchors required.

Step 7: Configure your storage building

You now see an overview of all the options you have chosen and the costs associated with them. Below is an extra option: 'Choose your colors.' You have two options: 'I will choose my colors later' and 'I will choose my colors now.' If you want to get an idea of what your storage building looks like in different color schemes, click on 'I choose my colors now.' You will then see a picture of a storage building with all color options. If you click on a color, you will see the storage building in that color. This way, you can view different color schemes until you find one that suits you. Then click on 'Proceed to your quote.' Whatever color you choose, there are no additional costs associated with this. You can postpone this choice until you actually order the storage building.

Step 8: Delivery options for your storage building

At this step, you fill in your country and postal code to see what delivery options we offer for your location. If you click on 'continue,' you will see the following delivery options:

• Pickup at Kroftman. If you want to know the dimensions of the package and the weight, check the 'specifications' tab at the bottom of the storage building of your choice. Here you will see the gross weight and transport dimensions (L x W x H).
• Delivery, unloading by the customer (you will need a forklift with a 1500 kg lifting capacity).
• Delivery, unloading by the driver, and with a forklift from Kroftman.

The prices for these are not yet shown on this page. You will see this on your quote. Therefore, click on the option 'Proceed to your quote.'

Step 9: Quotation details

Here you fill in your details. We ask for this so that we can send you your quote.

We will not call you and will not use your data for promotional purposes. If you click on 'Send quote request,' you will automatically receive your login details from us within a few minutes, which you can use to view your quote(s). You can request as many quotes as you like, without any consequences. So feel free to compare all possible options by requesting different quotes from us.
