We realize that purchasing a storage building can be a significant investment, especially for starting entrepreneurs. That's why we offer entrepreneurs the option to lease a storage building. For a fixed monthly amount, you have access to the storage building without having to make the investment all at once. In this blog, you'll learn more about what leasing is and how it works at Kroftman.

 

What does leasing a storage building for business entail?

Leasing is a financing option for business assets. Storage buildings that you use for business purposes also fall under this category. The leasing company finances the storage building and provides it to you for use or ownership via a lease. Monthly, you pay an amount (lease term) to the leasing company for the use of the asset. Depending on the lease form, you either become the owner of the storage building immediately, or you determine this at the end of the lease period. The advantage of leasing is that you pay for the value of the storage building in installments, so you don't have to make a large investment all at once. This allows you to have working capital left for your business. Leasing is a commonly used financing option for small and medium-sized Dutch businesses.

How does leasing a storage building work at Kroftman?

For leasing, Kroftman collaborates with GRENKE FINANCE. A reliable leasing partner with competitive rates and excellent lease conditions. When you request a quote for a storage building from us, you will see an indicative lease price (including any costs for transport and assembly) on page 2 of the quote. The image below shows what this looks like.

If you want to use the option to lease, click on the green button labeled 'Leasing Application Form.' You will then be directed to the online form for GRENKE FINANCE. Once you fill out and submit this form, GRENKE FINANCE will contact you within a few days to provide a customized quote. Once you've signed the lease agreement with GRENKE FINANCE, they will contact us. The invoice for the storage building will be sent directly to GRENKE FINANCE.

GRENKE FINANCE will need several days to assess your application. Please note that this may exceed the validity period of the quote. Currently, due to significant fluctuations in raw material prices, the validity period of the quote is only 1 week. The validity period of the quote is always indicated at the bottom of the second page. If the validity period has expired, you will need to request a new quote, which may be higher than the initial quote.

Alternatively, you can also purchase the storage building through another leasing company. In this case, you will need to contact the leasing company yourself to see if they offer leasing options for our products.

 

Spread payment of your storage building

In the Netherlands, it's possible to spread payment through Klarna. When you convert a quote into an order, you will reach the payment page. There, you have the option to select this payment option.

 

Renting or second-hand storage building

We do not rent storage buildings and do not offer second-hand storage buildings for sale.
