My name is Nicolette Lammers, and I have been working as a sales representative at Kroftman for over 13 years. During these years, I have gained considerable knowledge about our storage solutions and their pros and cons.

In this blog, I will tell you more about our customer service. If you order a container shelter from us, we can generally deliver it within a few days. This is convenient, as you need the container shelter quickly. Before you set up the container shelter, it is important to check if all parts have been delivered undamaged and complete. Although this is almost always the case, you can verify the parts using the included parts list. In this blog, I will specifically address the following topics:

1. Are any parts of your container shelter missing?
2. Has your container shelter arrived damaged?
3. What should you do if you discover damage to your container shelter afterward?

1. Are any parts of your container shelter missing?

Despite our meticulous assembly of our products, it can sometimes happen that something is missing. Fortunately, this rarely occurs. I advise you to check immediately after delivery if you have received all the parts of your container shelter. You can do this using the parts list. If you think a part is missing, please contact us directly by phone. My colleagues in the warehouse photograph all packages that leave our warehouse. Based on these photos and your information, we can quickly determine what we have sent and what has arrived at your location. If it turns out that a part is missing, we will deliver it to you as soon as possible.

2. Has your container shelter arrived damaged?

We load our products with the utmost care and unload them carefully at your location. However, it can occasionally happen that a part arrives damaged. If you notice this immediately, please take a photo of the damage, preferably before the container shelter is unloaded. Then, on the CMR waybill, specify exactly which product or part is damaged. When you sign the waybill, also note the time of signing. This makes it easier for us to trace what went wrong.

3. What should you do if you discover damage to your container shelter afterward?

Sometimes you may not see the damage immediately when your container shelter is delivered, but only after you have unpacked all the parts. By then, our driver will have left with the signed CMR waybill. This is, of course, very frustrating, as you wanted to start assembling. In this case, also send us photos of the damaged parts immediately. You can email them to sales@kroftman.nl.

Always include your invoice number and a description of the damage. We will assess the damage internally and inform you as soon as possible about the resolution.

We hope the above information helps you make an informed decision. If you want to know the exact cost of the container shelter of your choice, please fill in our quotation tool without obligation. You will receive a quote via email, where you can see transport costs for your container shelter at a glance. You can create multiple quotes and check different options to compare them easily.

Do you still have questions? We are happy to assist you.
