Standardmäßig wird die Lagerhalle mit einem Sektionaltor und einer Eingangstür in der Vorderwand geliefert. Andere Tor-/Türpositionen sind möglich, allerdings müssen dabei folgende Punkte berücksichtigt werden:
1) Eine Sektionaltoröffnung nimmt die gesamte Breite eines Binderabschnitts in einer Seitenwand ein. Die gesamte Torkonstruktion (einschließlich der Achsen) ist daher breiter als ein Binderabschnitt.
2) Ein Sektionaltor öffnet sich über horizontal im Raum hängende Schienen, wodurch sich die Führungsschienen in bestimmten Torpositionskombinationen gegenseitig stören können.

Für permanenten Bau

Option 1. Betonfundament
(Streifen-)Fundament ist bauseits vorzubereiten gemäß den Kroftman-Bauzeichnungen (im Preis enthalten). Bodenprofil der Halle verankern mit Betonankern M12x115/020-035 (nicht im Preis enthalten). Die Betonoberfläche muss unbedingt eben sein, um Wassereintritt an den Bodenprofilen zu vermeiden.

Option 2. Industrieplatten (Betonfertigplatten)
Sandbett 55-56 cm tief (bis zur Frostgrenze) mit einer großzügigen Fläche aus Industrieplatten mindestens 16 cm stark anlegen. Bodenprofil der Halle verankern mit den Betonankern M12x115/020-035 (nicht im Preis enthalten). Diese Option ist zeitsparend und kostengünstig.

Für fliegenden oder semi-permanenten Bau

Option 3. Erdnägel (nicht im Preis enthalten) *
Erdnägel 1.100 x 25 mm zur Montage auf Asphalt, Pflaster, Schotter und festen Sand- / Kiesboden. Die Oberfläche muss unbedingt eben sein, mit einem maximalen Gefälle von 1% (in nur eine Richtung). Bodenprofile sind vor Ort mit 30 mm Löchern zu versehen (passende Lochsäge ist enthalten).

Die Montage Ihre Halle mithilfe von Erdnägeln eignet sich besonders, wenn nur fliegender Bau erlaubt oder gewünscht ist.

*Bei einer Halle mit seitlichen Rolltoren können keine Erdnägel verwendet werden. Stattdessen muss ein Betonfundament gegossen werden.

The storage building comes standard with an overhead door and a man door in the front wall. Other door positions are possible, taking into account:

2) An overhead door opens by means of rails that hang horizontally in the space, so that the guide rails can interfere with each other with certain door position combinations.

Option 1. Concrete foundation
Concrete (strip) foundation to be prepared according to Kroftman drawings (included). Base rail of building is bolted with concrete anchors M12x115/020-035 (included). The concrete surface needs to be perfectly straight to obtain a watertight joint of the walls. (Tolerance plus or minus 5 mm)

Option 2. Prefab concrete slab elements
Construct a sandbed of 45 cm minimum (to the frost line) containing a spacious floor of prefab concrete panels (concrete slab elements) of 16 cm minimum. The soil profiles of the storage building need to be fastened with concrete anchors M12x115/020-035 (included).

This option is economical and fast.

For temporarily or semi-permanently installed building
Option 3. Earth anchors
Earth anchors 1.100 x 25 mm for anchoring on pavement, asphalt or hard gravel. The installation surface must be straight with a maximum slope of 1% limited to one direction. A curved surface requires equalization which leads to additional costs. Base rail holes of ∅30 mm are to be drilled on-site. (adequate holesaw is included).

Installation of your steel building with earth anchors saves time and money and is the perfect solution when only temporily constructions are allowed or needed.
