I'd like the service door left of the garage door.
The man door can be installed to the left or right of the roll-up door with very little effort. You can also choose between left or right-hand opening.

Can I install a building on paving or asphalt?
For temporary or semi-permanent installation it is usually allowed to use earth nails. For this porpose Ø25x1100mm earth nails may be ordered with us. It is very important to have an even installation surface. Any unevenness must be equalled out with pieces of wood. Prepare 30mm holes with a drill-hammer.

Do you have bigger steel buildings?
We sell standard buildings in the sizes as published on our website. Some customers install several buildings parallel to each other.

How much VAT do I pay?
Businesses with a valid VAT-ID-Nr. are not required to pay VAT. All other customers will pay 19% VAT (applicable for all EU countries outside The Netherlands).
Export outside the EU is free of all taxes.

Do I need a fork lift for unloading?
Yes, a 1500kg fork lift is preferred. Unloading by hand is possible with a minimum of four people but is slow and brings damage risks. If preferred we can bring a fork lift truck. (surcharge €100)

What are your conditions?
We ask kindly for a 50% downpayment before we reserve, produce, pack or ship a building. At delivery you will check if the building is correct, complete and free of shipping damage. Then you transfer the remaining 50% and hand the confirmation of transfer to the truck driver. Our drivers are ordered to wait for this.

How about rain water drainage?
If required you can simply attach PVC gutters to your building. The system shown below is very affordable and available in every DIY superstore.

How long does DIY-assembly take?

What is the delivery time?
Most models are usually readily shipped from stock. We give an indication of the availability per model on our home page.

Is it easy to install a roll-up door?
A roll-up door is easily installed with 3 people within 30 minutes. Watch the video.

Are there any additional costs?
Just shipping costs. These are generally €300 - €400 within the Netherlands and €300 - €600 within Germany.

For these buildings you don′t require a heavy (and expensive) foundation. For every steel building we provide the construction drawings in the download section. The foundation and floor are described in detail. Here′s an example of a construction drawing. These buildings can also easily be mounted on prefab concrete slabs. The frame is anchored with concrete anchors (included). For temporary constructions (i.e. on pavement/asphalt) you can order soil anchors from us.

How do I create a front porch?
You can simply install the front wall on the second or third roof truss. The rear wall offers the same option, thus creating a fire wood storage.

Do you offer insulation?
We sell uninsulated buildings. You can insulate you building cheaply and easily with widely available EPS (Polystyrene) foam panels. See the image below for a customer example.
I need a different lenght. Is that possible?
We provide standard building lengths but you can adjust the building length during assembly. Simply cut all horizontal parts between the last two trusses to the desired length.
